You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused & Original Condition: For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products and essential oils must be unopened, with the seal intact.

Candles: Must be unlit and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt.
Returns Criteria: Original & Unused
To ensure we can maintain our high standards of safety and sustainability, we can only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
Original Packaging: Your product must be returned in its original,
undamaged box with all internal protective inserts and the bamboo lid (for candles) or dropper (for oils) intact.
Unused & Unopened: For health and hygiene reasons, skincare and essential oils must have their original seals unbroken.
Candles: Candles must be unlit and show no signs of use.
We cannot accept returns for candles that have been burned or have had the wick trimmed.
Please Note: Any items returned to us that appear used, opened, or are missing their original packaging will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to you at your expense.
